The Twelve Step Life Recovery Devotional: Thirty Meditations from Scripture for Each Step in Recovery

This is an excellent resource for those who are involved in a recovery program and want to know more about Jesus. I became familiar with the book when some women who are incarcerated requested that I provide a copy to them. It appears to be exactly what they want and need.

This recovery Devotional is superior for my 12 step accountability group. We find it enlightening and helpful. The printing is a bit small, but the words, though small, are powerful. We use the devotional in our personal daily devotions as well as at group meetings, after our opening prayer and before our meeting.

This devotional book has 30 devotions for each of the 12 steps. This is basically one year of daily devotions with Scripture readings and related 12-step thoughts. It really helps one have a great habit of daily devotion that links the Bible and the 12 Steps. A great travel devotional for those in recovery to keep on the path daily as well. It goes well with the Recovery Bible.

This 12 Step Life Recovery Devotional is an excellent companion to my Life Recovery Bible. The Devotional is a perfect daily guide to review and renew the steps to recovering from whatever addiction you may have in your life. I carry this little devotional with me so I can open it whenever I need a boost. The authors do an outstanding job of interpreting the scripture to make it applicable to my life. Since I have started studying the 12 Step Recovery program I am feeling so optimistic and in 3 short months one of my addictions is already conquered. This Devotional makes it convenient to remind me how and why I am able to recover. I recommend this devotional to anyone needing a daily guide to get on the right track in your life.

My husband uses it every day. He runs a Celebrate Recovery chapter. He has been reading me some of it and it is really great. It helps so much when times are tough. He knows others who this devotional is really helping.
