The Truth

Truth has been the only non-fiction book written that I have ever read once started was difficult to put aside. I enjoyed it and was shocked by a number of "truths" that were presented. A very enlightening book about the many questions that I personnally had about my religious teachings. I believe it took a lot of courage on the authors part to present the material. I am sure it will help many as it has me.

An intricate mapping and documentary study of Hinduism, Judaism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Islam

A project of the Oracle Institute (A charity designated to revealing Truths from the past, present, and future), The Truth: About The Five Primary Religions And The Seven Rules Of Any Good Religion is an intricate mapping and documentary study of Hinduism, Judaism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Islam. Identifying the similarities among each of these otherwise diverse religious movements, The Truth concisely describes the evolution of religion and theology through the past twenty-thousand years, the fracturing of the New Age movement, and the nearing of the fourth coming Spiritual Paradigm and revolution of societal perspectives. The Truth is to be given high praise and is very strongly recommended reading for dedicated students of interfaith religious studies.

A Must Read for Our Troubled Times

The Oracle Institute produced The Truth at the precise time the world needs it most. This well-researched book provides a balanced overview of the five primary religions of the world--Hinduism, Judaism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Islam--and then examines how mankind has strayed from their essential teachings, from the spiritual path that God planned for us. The author does not favor one religion over another, but in essence "grades" each relative to philosophy, science, morality, justice, inclusiveness, openness, and spirituality, and then discusses how these religions have failed to evolve in the direction God intended. The bottom line is that these man-made religions have polarized us rather than united us. Don't think that this book is bent on bashing any or all religions. Indeed, it does not. It is one of those rare books that, like a good teacher, presents the information and then challenges you to think for yourself, about yourself. For me it was a truly enlightening journey of self-discovery. For those who are quite comfortable with their religious beliefs and choose not to question them, this book provides an enlightening look into the beliefs of others and how incredibly similar the basic tenets of the major religions are. The Appendix offers a comprehensive "Brief History of the Major Events in Human Evolution, Politics, and Religion" that shows how the history of religion is intertwined with the history of politics. As the author states, "We do not get to heaven based on which prophet or which religion we prefer. Rather, we earn the right to be with God on the Ethereal Plane based on our interactions with our brothers and sisters on the Earth Plane....We are supposed to be helping each other, not focusing on our own selfish interests, be they racial, national, or purely the result of our basest emotions." The Truth brings us back to what's real and important and possible--spiritual growth, unity, and love.
