Excellent Service!

I received the book in record time and it was in excellent condition. Five stars for great service -- you can trust this seller!

Better than the title conveys;

I am happy I turned the pages of this book. Dr. Ron Kennedy explains many different therapies which are inexpensive. BigDrug and their conFDArates are about patented high-profit dangerous chemicals. Do not bother to ask your regular doctor's opinions about these alternatives ---- they don't know and don't care.

Really Great Book

If you want to understand such things as what your different hormones and organs do in maintaining your health, order this book. The book is divided into 13 sections, with the first 5 sections comprising most of the book: 1. Progressive Medical Therapies 2. Control of Aging through Correction of Hormone Imbalance 3. Health and Nutrition 4. Organ Health 5. Cancer 6. AIDS 7. Addictions: What They Are, and What They Cost You 8. Exercise: Aerobic Health and Muscular Conditioning 9. Psychological Health 10. Weight Control 11. The Role of Sex in Health 12. Opinion 13. Networking This book was clearly not meant for an idiot, but it is not some dry book filled with obscure facts. It has what you need to know, clearly explained somewhat conversationally, and without childish drawings and the style of writing that most "popular" authors use. I like it because the book is elegant. A typical topic such as "the stomach" begins with an explanation of what the stomach does, and a discussion of stomach-related diseases and their treatments. This book discusses the natural and holistic approach to health, and seeks to avoid the conventional allopathic medical approach of drugs and surgery. This was a great book. 5 stars.
