The Tao of Sex

I keep oscillating between a 4.5 and a 5, but am going to stick with the 5. I won't give a summary as that has already been done. I really liked Nathan, the cute experienced hero trying to start a new life away from the temple, and even Tracy. Tracy becomes the reader's connection just because these concepts are so alien to her. I have to admit that I found myself a bit lost when it really got into yin and yang and the intricacies of the religion (much like Tracy). And yes, there is a lot of sex throughout the novel. The highlight of this book is truly the relationship between Nathan and Tracy. (After all, it is a romance novel.:) ) They are both searching for love, but Nathan is just too afraid to give in seeing as how tigresses are only interested in heaven and nothing else at least in his experience. I really enjoyed the ending and that pushed this book to a 5. I don't want to ruin it, but I loved how the concept/ending relevation can be applied to real life, even if you don't understand anything about dragons and tigresses. All in all, Jade Lee has picked an interesting concept that was a welcome introduction to me.

Fearing his arrest for prostitution will drive down the price of the building, she wants him to either stop teaching the secrets of sexual immortality or leave. Nathan explains he needs the money to stay in school and offers private lessons, but realizes as he falls in love, she is a goddess whom he must give up so that she can go to Hong Kong for a lifetime of training. Known for her Tigress Asian romantic historical fantasies, Jade Lee uses contemporary Illinois and Hong Kong, and an otherworldly realm to provide the audience with a terrific extremely Blazing paranormal romance. Through Nathan's teaching of Tracy, readers obtain an insightful look at Eastern philosophy in which sex is a major form of power. THE TAO OF SEX is fabulous as the teacher and the student learn the lessons of yin and yang love. Harriet Klausner
