I have ones for pro football and for major league baseball. This one for the NBA is similarly laid out. It has a review of every seaason and reviews both the good and bad teams for each season, controversial issues going on in the league that year etc. It lists the rosters for every team, minutes etc. The playoffs too. What I really appreciate is it covers every season of the ABA as well with the same type of info about every season. For old time stat guys, its fun. Its all stuff that could be looked up on the internet, but in one whole book its a throwback to the way it used to be. I am glad I have it, for fun looking at between seasons or during a game on cold winter nights while you are watching or listening to a game. It was not that expensive, and worthwhile buy overall.
