The Sons of Philo Gaines

The book was awesome! I enjoyed it very much. Every couple of pages I would smile, chuckle or ponder where the next chapter would lead. It kept me on the edge of my seat. I loved reading about all the characters and places. The plot was really good and it was a page turner! It is a Western through and through, but a Western that a beginner adult "Westerner" could easily understand. The quality of the hardcover itself was really good and surprisingly I actually enjoyed turning every page because the paper felt like silk under my fingertips and the dust cover was so smooth (I am an avid kindle reader and adding these textures to my reading experience was a "level-up"). There was a little language but not anything too harsh-what you would expect from living in the West. It was not a difficult book to dive into and the writing was brilliant. I would recommend this book to adults but not to an 8 year old. Waiting for the next book-hoping I am being patient but wondering if it will be tomorrow?? Please?!?!?

Adults will enjoy the action.. and western revenge!!
