Really liked the dual perspectives with Stephen adding Jennifer Colosimo to this work. They really nailed the frustration I've had with conversations about the current job market. The job description is dead. Time to solve problems! This relevant, practical approach should be required reading for everyone 16 and above. Hope to read more from Jennifer too!

Loved this little book. The writing is immediately applicable and I can see how I can build my current job into a great career. I loved the contribution statement information and tips and the Build Your Village section has already been invaluable.
