This book is an excellent guide on doing just that from the inception of a separation, hiring an attorney, going through the system, trying to resolve issues by ADR and much much more. As a fellow author of a book on much of the same subject matter, it is abundently clear that Moskovitch knows what she is talking about. This book is a must read especially for those who are at the beginning stages of divorce and for those who are in the thick of it as well as for those who are ready to move on. As an attorney myself, I found the ways to save on attorney fees and related costs to be particullary useful for those not so accustomed to getting raked over the coals by costly litigation.
