I am sure that this is an excellent book (I have not read it). However, it shows up on the page for Retail Gangster as being authored by the same person. I am the author of Retail Gangster, and you can rest assured did not write this book. It was by another person with my beautiful name. There are several of us out there, believe it or not. I have contacted ThirftBooks concerning this mixup and will delete this review once it has been rectified. Meanwhile my best wishes to the Gary Weiss who wrote this book on Canadian real estate, whoever and wherever he may be
