The Rocketreview Revolution: The Ultimate Guide to the New SAT (First Edition)

Hey I'm a junior in high school right now and I bought this book to begin SAT prep and aid me along with classes. The author, Adam Robinson, writes in such a cool, down-to-earth, easy to understand was and he packs the book the extremely helpful tips/strategies. Not only is the book excellent, but so is the website. I was even able to contact Adam through the website and he reviewed an essay I wrote personally (he emailed me back a page worth of commentary on my essay and how I could improve it even though all I asked him for is what he would think it could score on the SAT). I DEFINATELY recommend this book! Look at the reviews on the older version of the book to get a better idea of what everyone thinks of it(There are more than 30 reviews for the 2005 edition).

I am a 17 year old student and after reading this book and using Adam's exercises on his website, etc. I walked into the test room with a load of confidence. After I bought this book, a trend began, it became the hot book to use in my school. It is clear, concise, and interesting. Using his system, I got an 11 out of 12 on the essay! When I have any questions involved with the book I just write him through the website and get a prompt response! It is obvious from this book that Adam cares about the consumers, he emails everyone on his email list vital tips, and with out this book I am certain I would not have achieved the 1970/2400 that I achieved. I recommend it again, and again, and again, and again

Adam Robinson's new book, The RocketReview Revolution is truly brilliant! The writing style is fun and motivational and Robinson has convinced me that he really knows his audience, as well as his material. There is a respect for the student reflected in the writing and a sense that Robinson has really enjoyed working with kids for the past 20 years. As a homeschool parent, I needed a book that could assist a child who has never taken standardized tests. My son immediately loved this book and learned the techniques so quickly that I was amazed. Robinson's new book is also technically superior to anything else I have seen on the market. He has utilized the most advanced technology to create a unique support system for kids who use his book. The book comes with a CD that allows kids to explore the techniques using animated demonstrations. The support for the new essay portion of the test is of particular interest to us. Kids can sign onto the website, write their practice essays and then have their essays graded, using the same standards that are applied on the real test. In my opinion, this is the only SAT-prep book that any child will ever need. The results are phenomeal.

Adam Robinson is a genius! Follow his advice and you will ace the SAT, new or old. His latest book is packed with great test taking advice. He helps you work smarter, not longer. My two older sons, now at Amherst and UPenn, used his materials very successfuly and now our high school aged daughter hopes to do the same on the "New" test. This is the ONLY test prep book you should buy!
