Warriors Manga: The Rise of Scourge

Is anyone still reading this series??? I sure am at 53 years old, hoping my grandsons will read them when they're older

i feel like this one should have another book with it. But it is extremely fun to read.

A really great follow-up of the Warriors series. It's really great to know who Scourge was before he became the rogue. Keep up the good work. I not to patiently await each new book which comes out. I have read most of them two or three times. By the way, I am a great cat lover (they can do no wrong - except once in a while. Also I am a great-grandmother and plan to pass the books to my great-granddaughters when they are old enough to enjoy them. THANKS ERIN AND COMPANY FOR ALL THE ENJOYMENT YOU'VE PROVIDED ME

I look forward to each and every book in the series and I'm way past the age of a youngster. The books are full of adventure,cliffhangers and good reading.

Awesome - anything about Warriors is awesome. Really makes you see another side to Scourge

This was short, like all Warriors manga, but I still found it considerably enjoyable. This evil BloodClan leader goes from the cute, fluffy kitten Tiny into the feared Scourge. It provided a good backstory, though there were a few minor annoyances - cats' pupils become large, not slits, when they are frightened, and Tigerpaw/claw/star was drawn weirdly. Out of all the manga, though, I liked Bettina Kurkoski's art the best! They should definitely do another collaboration.

This is a great chronology of the life of Scourge, or, more accurately, his rise to power. It details how exactly he did it, as well as focusing upon his rough early life. The art is very good, and I enjoyed watching him become the cat that was feared by all. As with all Warriors manga books, it was a little short, but I believe that the art and enjoyable story line well make up for it.
