A Well Written Story

Love and marriage are destine to fail, so why bother? That is according to Samara Scott. So when she accompanies a friend to an antique auction and purchases a trunk, the contents were like a cruel joke: a beautiful antique wedding gown! That wasn't all she got at the auction. She also received the attention of Justin Beckett. She doesn't believe in Justin just as much as she doesn't believe in love and marriage. Justin knows that he has his work cut out for him if he is going to have any kind of relationship with Samara. For the past couple of years, nothing seems to go as planned when he is with Samara. He is determined to make her realize that nothing is guaranteed, but their relationship is worth taking a chance on. The Right Wedding Gown is a well written story. It reads like a story that one of your girlfriends is telling you about how she met her husband. Hailstock does a great job with the plot. The story flows and keeps you engrossed from beginning to end. She also does a wonderful job with the development of the primary and secondary characters. Reviewed by Tenecia for Urban Reviews

The Right Wedding Gown

I enjoyed reading about Samara and Justin, although it took them a while to get it together. The book was good it just that in the beginning of their first meeting Justin was married and did not to mention he was married when met Samara. So I understand her not wanting to involed with him, but they got itogether in the end.

Love it !

This is my first book by Shirley Hailstock, but it won't be the last. It was so good that I couldn't put it down until I finished. Be sure to pick another book in this series: Wrong Dress, Right Guy (Kimani Romance)

The Right Wedding Gown

I read Wrong Dress Right Guy and this is Cinnamon's sister Samara who does not believe in marriage. Samara dated Justin about two years ago and things didn't work out but the chemistry is still there. Once Justin convinces her to go out with him again her statistics on divorce seems to get lost. This was a wonderful book Justin has a very loving and supportive family and Samara has a loving and supportive group of friends who's alway ready to give her advice. I would highly recommend this book once you get started you want be able to put it down.

The Right Wedding Gown

This was a great love story about one woman's view on love and marriage after having friends divorce and parents getting divorced. Her heart begins to thaw after she runs into a former flame who is now divorced and tries to rekindle what they had in the past and hoping that she will listen to his reasons why he kept some things from her that caused their break up. She ends up buying a trunk at an antique auction thinking it could possibly have some old documents or letters since her job was working with old documents. Inside is an antique wedding gown and it makes he wonder if it is a sign. Justin Beckett never got over what he had with Samara and despite the fact that he is now divorced, he still believes in love and marriage. His goal now is to make Samara a believer too and take a chance on him for the long haul. Great story!
