I really liked this book, although one thing that I didn't like was that some of the days were four or so pages long, and some were one or two pages. I don't always want to do or have time to do four pages. But all in all, it was really cool and fun to learn about. They also taught good life lessons like telling the truth, and always treating everyone the same! 5 stars!!!

My 8 year old son and I love to do this Bible study together. He is learning critical thinking as well as reading comprehension on the side. The study has encouraged application and is teaching him the ability to make conclusions on his own based on the text. He's even referred to things he's learned from the study in the normal course of our day.

We are using this book as the text for a class for 5th and 6th grade girls at church. They really love it and are absorbing the spiritual truths from it more completely than we ever would have expected. It is designed as an advice columnist. "Letters from readers" are presented and the portions of James that apply to the Biblical truths related to the questions and issues presented are studied. Then, the class "writes"...
