The Promise Remains

This is my favorite book by Travis Thrasher!! Sweet love story of two people that find their way back to each other after life throws curves their way. I really couldn't have asked for a better ending. This book grabbed my attention from the get go and I had a hard time putting it down.

I'm 14, and I read this book. It looks like an adult book, but I think Christian teen girls would love it. This book was one of the best romances I have every read. I would totally recommend this book. I can't wait to read other books by Travis Thrasher.

The Promise Remains is a book that will forever be on my heart. I enjoyed the characters so much that I nearly read all of the book in one sitting. I couldn't stop until I discovered if true love would finally win out in the end! Also, Thrasher's style truly amazed me. I found the book thoughtful and well-developed . . . and I've already passed it on to a few friends who also loved the story. But I have to say that passing it on was purely selfish, I needed others to share the story with. It's a tale I could't keep to myself!

In a world that changes every day, how refreshing it is to focus on a subject that never changes. An old-fashioned love story filled with all the ingredients to move the heart, in more ways than one--t o remind us of the sweetness and inocence of young love and the enduring faithfulness of the God who is love. The author has developed the characters in a very believable way and has focused on some real life issues of those struggling to do the right thing. This book should appeal to all who remember the tenderness of young love and those who believe miracles still happen.Congratulations to this first-time author for a work well done. Nicolas Sparks has some sound competition!
