I've never been disappointed in any of Peter G.W. Keen's work and this book is no exception. It is a very clear explanation on how to really add value when doing reengineering. Includes discussion of economic value add (EVA) and how it can be used to really add value. If you are familiar with the reengineering literature, this is a good book to put it all into practical perspective.
