The Princess and the Frog (Single-Disc Edition)

I'm totally fine with the packaging of a used product being beat up since I paid money for the movie, but the case just looked nasty.... Unidentifiable brown and gray stains were all over the case and disc. The disc was not securely put in the case so it was pretty scratched up. Not only was it scratched, but the disc itself also had a brown stain I could not remove, even with isopropyl alcohol, that I believe is the main culprit behind the movie skipping in four different areas. The skips cut out whole scenes and songs from the movie itself. I understand used things are going to be "used", but this is just unacceptable. Discs and cases for that matter should just be tossed when they look that bad, not labeled as "good" or "acceptable". If the movie does not play in its entirety it's not "acceptable" in my book.

Bought this for my 2yo niece because my 11yo daughter said this was a test too make sure she was actually her cousin lol needless to say my niece passed the test. She absolutely adores this movie! All little girls should see this movie.
