The Book That Never Leaves Your Side!

The book's twists and turns will force you to be so infatuated in the story that you will be bringing the book everywhere with you. Lois Greiman creates a setting that pulls you in and makes you beg for more! You will find yourself drawn to read her book no matter where you are and who you're with. Reading suddenly becomes more important than visiting with family members that you haven't seen in years, finishing important tasks, or even sleeping. Turning each page of Lois Greiman's PRINCESS AND HER PIRATE, is like watching a suspenseful movie. You ache for the characters to listen to your silent thoughts. As soon as you think you know what is going to happen next, a whirlwind of passion, romance, deception, and distrust overburdens your emotions and sucks you into each turning page. I invite you to read Lois Greiman's PRINCESS AND HER PIRATE if you want a captivating, sweet Scottish story about a couple trying to find love and the struggles they go through.

Loved this book!

I loved this book. It was an easy read and it broughtthe characters to life. It shows how hard it was forwomen to survive and it has a great ending. I hope thisauthor continues the story about Burr and Gem.

an entertaining easy read....

I enjoyed this book. The dialog/verbal sparring between the two characters was great. The princess held her own in a variety of interesting circumstances. The story wrapped up a bit too neatly but left several items unsolved. Her character was strong, his a bit soft. The bodyguard Burr was most enjoyable. I've not read too many "pirate" novels but i enjoyed this.

Vomit, Virgins and Villains!

Vomit, Virgins and Villains! Does it get any better? Mistaken for a thief known as the "magical Megs", Princess Tatiana is held prisoner by the Pirate Lord Cairn McTavish. He's convinced she is this infamous thief and also lover to his rival and is intent on breaking her to his will and using her as a pawn to seek his revenge. Though we know Tatiana is a Princess and Cairn was once a pirate, we just aren't sure where Tatiana is from or when Cairn was ever a pirate. It's ok though because this story is so FUN! From the first chapter I was game for the wonderful ride Lois Greiman takes us on in THE PRINCESS AND THE PIRATE. This light book was a wonderful read that teases the reader by knocking out our hero just before they consummate their relationship. It was both amusing and entertaining. This book is a gem if you are looking for fun and silliness. You will find no heavy historical content however, so don't choose this story if that is what you are looking for. This one is PURE enjoyment from start to finish and a good break from more heavy storylines you may be reading.

A winner

In 1817 Princess Tatiana Rocheneau will do anything for the good of her people so she sets forth from Sedonia in disguise to meet Cairn MacTavish, pirate captain of Teleere in order to obtain his services to protect her beloved island kingdom. To insure her safety, a look alike is left behind sitting on the throne. However, nothing goes right from the start, as she hates traveling by sea. Looking forward to land, the moment she sets foot on Teleere, Tatiana is arrested and is accused of being super thief Magical Megs. In spite of her insistence that she is not Meg, but a neighboring princess, Cairn rejects her plea of innocence. Desperate, Tatiana escapes though her heart remains captive. Cairn follows knowing that this woman stole his heart too.Though there has been a recent influx of Regency tales involving island kingdoms, readers will enjoy this delightful novel. The lead couple is charming, but it is the master thief Meg who steals the show, as readers will want to know more about this magical robber. Early nineteenth century romance fans will want to read the pleasing THE PRINCESS AND THE PIRATE, as the story is simple fun.Harriet Klausner
