Great book in the series

David King does a stellar job of putting together a simple and extremely informative book about the Powhatan people. The text includes a timeline, glossary, additional resource list, and an index. The book has four main sections to break up the information. These sections highlight the people and their history, the way they lived, their customs and beliefs, and the tribe today.The book is really best suited for the middle elementary grades. If the other books in the series are like this one, it would be an excellent purchase for covering the Native American information needs.
