This book is for you if you are new to self-care, love, and personal development. I love Louise Hays. She is practical and down-to-earth and makes complex ideas easy to grasp. If you are unsure about "This Stuff" and believe self-help literature is Woo-Woo, let this book and its author put you at ease and bring the concept of taking back your life and gaining control take root in your heart and mind.

Inspirational book but do not believe the condition of the book is as advertised! I bought a “ very good” condition book and it is highlighted and seems used a lot. I asked for a refund but two months later no response. I’m sorry for not reading the reviews. I am not the only customer with this problem.

This book to me is one of the best ever written. After reading it I find myself making better decisions and allowing for what I "could" do rather than "should" do. This book is not about "tough love" (condemnation kills) but kindness and gentleness especially to yourself!
