Same as the first except in the back there is a 30day portion tracker. But either way the information is great. The first book has helped me to lose 30 pounds so far. I'll keep this book at work and leave the other at home.

WOW!! I love this book. Now here is a book based on real research as well as common sense. The Portion Teller doesn't eliminate any food groups or bombard you with silly and unrealistic rules. Instead, it's about portion-control! And, you don't have to eliminate your favorite foods.
