The Pill Book

I haven't completed scanning the book entirely for any other missing pages, but so far I found one on Adapalene that is missing-torn-which is unfortunate. The book itself, besides the missing page seems to be in okay condition. The book itself provides great information, covering intractable drugs, uses, side effects and more.

Brand names, equivalent, dosage, usage, side effects and more! the best is the images illustrating the actual pill and size. Must have in each home. I have had this book since the Sixth Edition, there is always somthing new.

This book is indespensible reference for anybody who wants to see the whole picture about specific drug. Yes, some of them do more harm than good as they produce side effects that can overweight prospective cure; also, some relatively harmless drugs can be dangerous if taken together. This book help us get all the facts so we can make the right decission before we actualy start taking drugs.In response to previous comments related to availability of all information from this book on the web (which is completely true)- it may sound hard to beleive but some people don't use computers! We have millions of seniors and vast majority of them don't surf the net so they may need book like this (sorry, no pun intended)!By all measures - an outstanding book!

You can look up medications online, but why tie up your phone line, and take a while searching the sites to find information on medication, when you can just open the book up in a minute and find what you want(FAST!) This book has alot of info on medicines that the pharmacies didn't even tell me about. This is a Great book to lay in bed with and search up all the medicines that you have taken in the past, or are currently taking. It has All the information about all the dangers of taking it with other medications, What the side effects are, Descriptions, and EVERYTHING you would ever Want to know about the medicine. It's a smaller book thats easy to carry and take with you, anywhere. This book has it all, Pictures, brand names, generic names and side effects of the medication, Etc, etc, etc..This book is a MUST HAVE book! It's worth every cent! I give this book an "A"
