What works about Theodore Roosevelt Gardner II's The Paper Dynasty is that it's a relatable story, especially since it's rooted in fact, in particular, the Chandler family, who founded the Tribune newspaper. Everyone has wanted to achieve greatness in his or her life at some point, and it is often difficult to find a balance between ambition and greed.
