This is an excellent book. There are so many diets out there and this is NOT a diet. It's a different way of thinking and living....and it works.

This 16 week Personal Fitness Trainer journal is a great companion to the Never Say Diet book. Although the journal isn't necessary, it certainly would be helpful in tracking your progress and provides additional inspiration to stick with it.

The companion "The Never Say Diet Personal Fitness Trainer" is a journal with a little more motivation tossed in. You'll need "Never Say Diet" the book to use it. It's valuable if you plan to follow the program, but not necessary. If you have to make a choice between journal and book, buy the book.
