"Not Once But Twice" ... Opinion Improved 2nd Time Around

It seemed to be the ideal arrangement -- for everyone except Lavinia! This is another Neels Cinderella tale involving a Rich, Good-looking Dutch Doctor and a Plain British Nurse. A beautiful daughter and younger sister as well as Radmer's parents are able to see what Radmer and Lavina fail to see or refuse to admit while an evil aunt substitutes for the evil step-mother. The story involves misconceptions, self-image and self-worth, and allowing while accepting love. After reading reviews I decided to skip this book but purchased it later. The first time I read it I liked it but not as much as some of the other works. I read the book again later, a little more objectively this time, and was glad I did. Some things are better the second time around.
