The Miracles of Jesus

I would give this book a five-star rating were it not for the book's illustrations and format. This is a wonderful book--but it deserves to be a hardcover book with beautiful illustrations, rather than a cheap paperback with poor quality line drawings. Although this is a children's book, the author's insights into Christ's miracles have helped me come to a new and richer understanding of Jesus Christ. I came away with a greater sense of awe and love for a the living God I love. By telling us the story through the eyes of John, the author gives an immediacy to her story. When I went to the Gospel, I found that her story was there all along--but she helped me see it with fresh eyes. Please, couldn't this book be re-packaged as a higher quality edition for all readers?
