It goes into all aspects of middle age and gives sound, comforting advice. It even has a section on values in this changing world as the middle-ager changes, ranging through philosophy,religion and psychology. This has been a sleeper and is only now coming to the attention of the baby boomers as they enter middle age. It is a fantastic work. Get it!
