A truly wonderful book

This book describes the courtship of Danial and Anna. It showed the deepth of their love for each other and Anna's determation to be a doctor. The second half of the book is a look back at the MacGregor family in the 1700's. I enjoyed the first half of this book more than the second half, but this book is defantly worth the time it takes to read it. I stayed up all night to finish reading it I couldn't put it down.

Absolutely Fantastic...like every Nora Robert book

Nora Roberts has done it again..I've been a fan of hers for years now..and I was never dissapointed.I've been reading the MacGregor series and I've found it hilarious, romantic, and sexy...I love it!..and every one of the MacGregor series..Daniel seems to push himself in...the way he does it..is so endearingly cute and funny.I've always wondered the story between Anna 'n Daniel...now I know..and the story had me enthralled...I adore it...the way Daniel pursued Anna made me shiver...the way Anna tried to resist Daniel is quite hilarious for the fact that a MacGregor get what he wants..The other story of Ian is great if you like historical romances but I prefer modern MacGregor stories

MacGregors, Daniel and Ian:

This story is the beginning of a legend after reading about Daniel and how important family is to him, it was wonderful to find out how he found love. Each book in the MacGregor series is like hearing about old friends. This is a book you can read agin and agin.

The MacGregors Daniel-Ian: Daniel

Of all the MacGregor titles, this was my all-time favorite. I found Nora Roberts' ability to go back into the early lives of both characters both authentic and realistic. Daniel as a young man was as brash and unapolgetic as expected. Anna was well-bred and as determined as any woman would have to be to succeed in a man's world of that era. It's easy to see why she was the perfect match for Daniel, And why there was no other woman but Anna for The MacGregor.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!

Finally, we have the story we've all been waiting for, that of Daniel and Anna MacGregor. From start to finish, I was absolutely enthralled. I couldn't put it down. We can definitely see where the rest of the MacGregors get their stubborn pride, dignity, will to succeed, and their passion. Daniel and Anna were as amazing then as they are now. It was a little weird for me to picture Daniel so young, but if you really think about it, he's never really aged, not mentally or emotionally. He's still as caring, daring, stubborn and pigheaded as he ever was. Anna is still the strong and willful woman that she was so long ago when she was determined to become a doctor. They are a fantastic couple deserving of their places as heads of the MacGregor clan. Also included in this book is the story of Ian MacGregor dating back to, what I believe to be, the time of the Boston Tea Party. It appears to be the beginning of the storytelling of the MacGregors of the old. The next tale is to be about Ian's aunt, Serena. I can't wait! I recommend THE MACGREGORS DANIEL-IAN and all of the other MacGregor books. You'll love them. Trust me!
