It's kind of a problem that Magic(k) and Wicca are considered synonymous by many publishers. Browsing the shelves at a local bookstore, this was among the few works I found that read as anything tolerable to me with my irreligious folk magic leanings. None of the spells say to pray to the god/dess, there's no preaching about "an ye harm none" or any of that. Just simple spells, usually ingredient-based (as opposed to visualizations or chants), for love. The spells are evidently Romany-derived, though due to ingredients like floating candles I wonder how strictly traditional they really are. There's also just a bit more divination than I feel is necessary -- in fact probably the longest chapter is the one of divinations. I have yet to try any of the spells so I can't quite say how well they work, but they generally look sensible to me, and tend to use fairly easy to obtain ingredients. It also had some useful general information like the system for determining which hours of the day your spell-target is most susceptible to the workings. I do recommend this book!
