The Heroes of Olympus, Book One: The Lost Hero

Came in good condition. I just wished it had the cover of the book. Overall I love it!

I enjoy using this website but am disappointed in this purchase as it seems many who have bought this book have been. Bought in Very Good condition and the pages are bent and there are finger marks on the spine and pages; pretty disappointed and hope to get my money back.

I'll still read it and use it, I was just kinda expecting a dust cover and for it to not look like it was in a public library for a few years

The inside of the book was damaged and bits of piece were torn out of the corner of every other page like someone had been using them for spitballs.

Bought a "used like new" copy to completely my hardcover collection of the series. The book itself came in perfect condition, but the dust cover was torn and folded up. A little disappointing, but still happy to have the book.

I'm not going to review the story itself because I haven't read the book yet BUT I'll say, for a Very Good book, it was in pretty good shape. It had rough edges (at the end of the day, even new book have them sometimes) and the most damage it had was a dent on the cover, besides that, it is amazing

I LOVED THE STORY! You should totally read it. 5 out of 5

Only after did I see the small text saying that it came without a dust jacket, which is a problem for a neat bookworm like me. Great page quality, but there was a large stain on the cover.

I'll admit - at first, I started reading this like "wait, who are these people?! I don't want to learn about new characters." But I kept reading and holy moly I was hooked. I became just as invested in the lives of Jason, Leo, and Piper as I was with Percy, Annabeth, and Grover... maybe more so. And if you're reading for Percy, don't worry - he shows up in this series eventually! Riordan is such a superb writer and if you loved Percy Jackson and the Olympians, you'll LOVE Heroes of Olympus!

I love this book!!! it as action, excitement, and humor all packed into one 577 page book. I am a ten-year-old girl, and it was so exciting, I couldn't put it down. I read it in a couple of days. Rick Riordan is a GOD.

As a teen of 14, The Lost Hero is a bit older and more detailed than the Percy Jackson books, (don't worry parents, nothing at all is inappropriate, I however find it more enjoyable) The Lost Hero is told between the different characters point of views, allowing us to see all sides as the story unravels. This is the first book in The Heroes Of Olympus series. I highly recommend to both children and adults! Filled with humor, friendship, and mystery, The Lost Hero is a adventure for all.
