Bachelorette pact book 4.

Kathleen saved the best of this series till last. Having seen Cassandra in the other 3 books I didn't know what to expect when her story finally arrived. Boy, was I surprised. It was wonderful to see how she changed with Noah. And the ending, perfect. My one disapointment is that this is the last.

From "The Bachelorette Pact" series

The Windy City's original party-girl, Cassandra Ward makes no apology for her lifestyle. She lives by four rules, clean sex, frequent sex, no promises and no monogamy. With a body that haunts men's fantasies, she is the kind of a woman who likes to live them out. She believes that sex is great exercise, clears the complexion and relieves stress. Most men agree. When Noah turned her down six months ago, she walked away without a thought. When he approaches at Beth's wedding, she cannot forget the pain she sees in his eyes because she put there. Somehow her victory dance does not seem as much fun as it used to. So she decides to give him a second chance. For six months Noah Barclay has dreamed of Cassandra after she ruined him for anyone else. Where he once turned down her advances, he is desperate for another chance. He wants her, no doubt, but he wants far more than just sex. So he makes a deal with Cassandra. He offers to give up sex, to do the who touchy-feely thing, if she will consider monogamy. He is determined to prove that a man and a woman can have a great time without having sex. He will stake his future on it.Wow! THE LONGEST NIGHT is an exhilarating read that will certainly please fans. At last Cassandra meets her match in Noah. The last of the bachelorettes, Cassandra has underestimated the power of finding the right man. Fiery, sassy, and in control, Cassandra lends the series the obligatory bad girl with no apology. Her delight in sex, her determination to play by her self defined rules and her ability to control any situation, until Noah comes along, lends the series pizzazz and an appealing strength. Noah matches Cassandra in power with his determination to override his libido and capture Cassandra's heart. Funny, sexy and memorable, THE LONGEST NIGHT is the best of the series, coming very highly recommended.

delightful Bachelorette Pact romance

In Chicago six months ago, Noah Bradley rejects Cassandra Ward's sexy seduction not because he did desire her, but because he did not want to be a notch on her pelt. Now he regrets his decision because he dreams of Cassandra day and night. At a wedding of a mutual friend, Noah asks Cassandra to go out with him. She agrees as long as he abides by her six rules of relationships. Instead, he raises her sex without commitment rule by offering her a good time and intelligent discussions without sex. As they fall in love, she realizes that her former lover Benedict is hurting Noah and his construction company just because she has remained faithful for the first time in her life to one man. Out of love, will Cassandra end her relationship with Noah so his company can get a piece of the lucrative city business? The four books that makeup the Bachelorette Pact series consist of delightful contemporary romances with the last tale the best. Noah knows he wants Cassandra who he considers a diamond in the rough and his patience is beautiful to observe. Watching "manizing" (not a man-eater) Cassandra, a modern day rake with scruples, fall in love with the kind caring Noah will thrill readers.Harriet Klausner

Best of the three!

Cassandra Ward was the type of woman that most men could only fantasize about. H-O-T! But she was also smart! She and her father, Jozef, owned a high class jewelry store. Cassandra enjoyed cutting gems for jewelry making and steamy nights. However, she considered men to be like tissue, soft and disposable. Cassandra had rules, such as no strings, do not expect her to be a "one man only" kind of lady, do not expect to stay over night, and do not even try for her heart. She wanted men to treat her to a lovely, and expensive, night out and then some quick time in bed. Benedict O'Malley had been Cassandra's first love. He had decided that he wanted Cassandra for his wife and pursued her relentlessly. But Benedict had hurt Cassandra badly when they were young and Benedict still did not trust her. Then there was Noah Barclay. Noah's family was well known in many circles. Noah was determined to use none of his family connections to help his bridge construction business succeed. He was independent and wanted to stay that way. Cassandra was his weakness though. No matter how he pretended otherwise, the lady could make him burn with need by only smiling. Of course, she made every man feel that way. Yet Noah wanted more than any other man before him. He wanted Cassandra heart and soul. He was determined to make the lovely goddess break her own rules. ***** Author Kathleen O'Reilly saved the best for last. When you are as gorgeous as Cassandra seems to be, often people look no deeper than your outside appearance. Society believes that if you are beautiful (or handsome) then you are incredibly stupid too. I am happy to find a heroine who is beautiful AND smart! (Marty in book two was also, but not THIS incredibly lovely.) I enjoyed every minute of this romance! Recommended reading! ***** Reviewed by Detra Fitch of Huntress Reviews.
