Thorough history of Revolution and Dictatorship in El Salvador

This history begins with the 1930s and gives a detailed account of repression, reform movements, and armed conflict in El Salvador up through the early 1980s. The author's decision to write this book was born on the day in 1981 when he learned that the Salvadoran armed forces had used slaughterhouse equipment to execute prisoners. 264 pages, including an index and list of the many organizations and opposition groups involved in the conflict.
