Delivery issue vs original condition.

I received my book with the hard cover damaged where it had been thrown against something, ripped open and the pages torn out at the bottom.

I bought this as a gift and I'm glad to see that it is in good condition as described. I didn't need it to look new, just in good condition. I'm happy with this purchase. Warning, I ordered another Bible that was pictured in very good condition and with the decorative box. It was VERY worn with lots of writing on the pages, and no box. Again, I did not need it to look new, but expected it to be as shown and as described.
