The Last of the Wagon Pioneers, a bold story of the Trevor family's perilous journey in a chuck wagon from their farm in Texas to a new life out West. This description may be from another edition of this product.
Not just for children - it gives the reader the sense of what the American culture was like during the 1920s as a family transverses the country in horse drawn covered wagon. Characters are well written. One easily enters into the feelings and trials of family with practical spiritual applications.
Great storyline. Couldn't put it down! Can't wait for Book #2

I found The Last of the Wagon Pioneers to be such a beautiful and heartfelt book. We all have dreams, and we all struggle with those dreams. If the passion is present in life to fulfull those dreams, they will come true. There were many life experiences in this book that I believe we can all relate to, even in the present moment. If you want to read a great story without a lot of negativity, this is a real "feel good" book, and stays that way to the end. Can't wait for Book #2 to come out and see what the future holds for Farmer and Emile.
