Another delightful and witty story from Annette Blair

Annette Blair has done it yet again. She has given us a set of characters that are fascinating and lovable. A thoroughly entertainibg plot and of course some sizzling sexual tension. One I start one of Annette's books I can't put them down and The Kitchen Which was no exception. I highly reccomend it if you are looking for a very satisfying reading experience.

Sexy, funny, hot, and did I mention sexy? A keeper.

Logan's a reformed bad boy and doesn't want anything to do with the ditz who lives downstairs. Even though it's rumored that Melody is a witch, she comes highly recommended by Logan's mentor, a retired judge, as the best sitter for his son. Worse, his son, Shane, adores her. Worse, Logan's libido goes on overdrive every time Melody's around. Melody trades babysitting Shane for an interview for the TV cooking show job where Logan is a producer. No way will she get it, he thinks, but she uses magic spells, sex appeal, charisma and showmanship, and aces the interview. Now if she could only cook. Logan and Melody can't keep their hands off each other, especially working and living in the same house, though they try, which never lasts. What if Melody really is a witch? Who cares. The Kitchen Witch is sleek, smooth, and so well written that you can't put it down. A hoot from beginning to end, there's also a warmth and poignancy to The Kitchen Witch that Blair brings across with flair, aplomb, and the talent of a natural storyteller. Also recommended: Blair's Rogues, A Christmas Baby, and her Amish Historicals: Thee, I Love & The Butterfly Garden.

Cute contemporary debut

Do you believe in magic? If you don't before reading THE KITCHEN WITCH, you might well believe after reading Annette Blair's first venture into the contemporary romance arena. This story is pure magic. From a vibrant heroine to a sensual hero and a host of engaging secondary characters, THE KITCHEN WITCH is pretty darn captivating. Conjure up a quirky, upbeat, intelligent, charming heroine and Melody Seabright is your girl. This endearing character meets her match in reformed-or is he?-bad boy Logan Kilgarven. Together this pair rocks. Melody may or may not be a witch, but she certainly casts a spell over Logan. Packed with gobs of sexual tension, THE KITCHEN WITCH teases readers with a cleverly written love dance. Ms. Blair's vivid, well-defined characters grabbed my attention from the first page. The often humorous situations the characters find themselves in kept me reading. Sexy? Most definitely. Fun? Absolutely. Ms. Blair can spin quite a yarn. Her first contemporary romance is top notch entertainment. Debbie Jett, reviewer Romance Reader At Heart

Laughed so hard I cried!

I picked up this book the other day on a whim at the bookstore and loved it. It is just too funny. I found myself laughing my head off. The contemporary romance is hot too and the story is very cute. It is set in Salem, Mass. A very enjoyable read and the characters are memorable. I would recommend it. A laugh out loud book, I mean I howled and laughed so hard in parts I was crying LOL. If you want a saucy romance and to feel good then get this one. The book as a whole is awesome!
