Different than the movie but better

The relationship between George VI and his speech therapist was, according to this book written by the grandson of the therapist was both longer and closer than in the movie. Don't expect any dramatic rifts in there relationship or quarrels to be resolved - there weren't any. But the King needed Lionel Logue for much of his adult life.
