We begin this book by exploring what intelligence is and concluding that intelligence is the capability to establish algorithms to drive results in specific domains. This algorithm-building capacity is intelligence. This intelligence as an algorithm-building capacity is groundbreaking as it means that intelligence is something that is entirely learnable and one can grow and improve on their intelligence through consistent effort.
We start by understanding the process of developing domain-specific intelligence around a domain in general. This means identifying the results we want and then building an algorithm that will drive that result. This process of outcome identification and algorithm crafting is itself intelligence.
