Anthony Horowitz remains true to Conan Doyle's masterly creation in a superb novel that recaptures the spirit of the times, and pits our duo against an odious yet powerful enemy which reaches into the very highest level of Victorian society. This is as good as it gets; utterly brilliant!

The storyline is interesting tying two, nearly three murders together. The style in which it was written it very close to, though not exactly like, Arthur Conan Doyle... Traditional in style, story and true to the original characters! If you've read the original stories of Sherlock you'll recognise a few characters! Loved it!
