Both my systolic and dystolic blood pressure levels decreased by 20 points each after reading 40 pages of this book. I can't remember the last time it's been this low. Let's see if this continues.

I really enjoyed this book. Clearly written, with the right mix of experience and theory. Author isn't out to create a complex system where people have to study a system for years, so lots of practical tips. Some thoughtful ideas on energy in objects.
