Not my cup of tea

Firstly this book is really advertised as a "enemies to lovers" where you're expecting the one-uping shenanigans to go on for a while, but they literally start having feeling by page 60 in a 300 page book then it just devolves into annoying drama. I don't want to say this is a bad book, but the Romance felt childish and cringey and it wasn't for me.

Love

Obsessed with the book and movie, couldn’t put it down!! I was sad when I finished the book!! But I loved the ending!!

All love no hate

Such a fun read. Love the dynamics between Lucy and Josh, the shenanigans and the building anticipation through this story! I couldn’t put it down.

I love to Hate

such a great book, brought me out of a reading slump wanting and begging for more. This book had all the feels ..look forward to more from this author

Read the book then watch the movie

I loved this book but it felt unfinished. I watched the movie and got all the answers I needed.

Hate to Love Work Place Romance

This is a Hate to Love Work Romance. There is so much tension throughout this book, and the ending was so great. I love the characters, and I really loved this hate to love thing these characters have going on. I laugh so hard at times while reading this book. There are also some hot steamy times in this book. I have read this book two times, and I enjoyed both times I read it.

Now one of my top favorites

I really loved this book. I read in in a day and the next day i read it all over again. I couldn’t get enough of this enemies to lovers story.

Good could be better

I stumbled upon this book and decided that it was something i may like based on that Lucy hale was in the movie. One thing that really bothered me about the writing was that they would be having a conversation and you will be lost to who was actually talking. I had to reread a few parts and that didnt help after reading a few paragraphs i finally knew who was saying what. That was really irritating. I loved how she revealed every twist and turn. Im not much of a romance reader and i skimmed over the long pages of one simple s*x scene my goodness it was overkill. But i loved the other parts. I feel as though it ended abruptly and could have had maybe two more chapters to really round it off. Somethings never answered and that were talked about a lot through out the book. i hope that the movie answers the rest of the questions and really ends it well. I do recommend this book because i still enjoyed the characters.

Really liked this book

Entertaining style, engaging characters- I enjoyed this enough to keep it.(which is sadly more than I can say for Ms Thorne’s next).

Sub-par Romance

Enemies to lovers is one of my favorite things to read... Except they never stopped being enemies. She never really stopped hating Josh and he was honestly a jerk. I don't care what his backstory or reasons are, if a guy is a jerk, I don't want to watch someone fall in love with him.

This is one of my favorite books!

The book was so cute and it made me laugh. I love a good enemies to lovers book, and I have no complaints.

Cute

I enjoyed reading this.

One of the best ever written.

So great! I’m a little embarrassed to say, but I listened to this as a book on tape, 4 times. It’s cleverly written to the point I would stop and tell Siri to write funny quotes in my notes.

My favorite read of the year!

This book was a quick read because I couldn't put it down! I was not expecting to LOVE this book like I did but it left me wanting more of Josh and Lucys story!
