I purchased this book for my dad for Father's Day - he LOVED it! He read it in 1 day - so now I have to go out and buy him the Greatest Army Stories sequel - looks like I'll be able to take care of both Father's Day and his birthday all in 1 swoop. My dad is a difficult sell as he reads on average a book a day anyway. He truly enjoyed this read and is very interested in getting his hands on the Greatest Army Stories Ever Told. I may not know much about this army/navy stuff but this is a great gift item for anyone who has an interest in military history. My dad is proof of that! Thanks to the author for a happy Dad on Father's Day, and soon-to-be happy dad on his birthday as well!
