160 page hardcover book, THE GREAT AFGHAN BOOK presented by the American School of Needlework, no date. A treasury of over 70 designs to crochet, knit, afghan stitch, broomstick lace or hairpin lace. Afghans for babies, kids, adults, some tailored, some feminine, several feature cross stitch. It even includes 10 designs that are called "Easiest Afghans" that would be great for beginners. Several of the designs are adapted from old quilting patterns such as Log Cabin or Ship of Dreams. Patterns included for Ship of Dreams, Grandpa's Farm, Bedtime Tales, Snowbaby, Geranium, PuffPetal, Magic Castle, Sweet Violets, Sweet Dreams, Sunrise and lots more.
