This is a great book for first time Moms as well as, veterin Moms. It has short stories, recipes, craft ideas, poems, songs. This book has a little of everything and wonderful illustrations as well. I really enjoy giving this book as a gift for baby showers and births.

The Little Big Books are so well written and put together. They are like a walk into the past, especially with the vintage artwork. These are wonderful gifts, as well as a great little library to start whether you're young or old.

This is a fantastic book! It is filled with stories, songs and poems- you could read a new story evernight to your child while putting them to bed. We absolutely love it!

This is, by far, the best bedtime book I've run across. From the wide selection of sleep-related stories, poems, prayers, and songs to the lush, vintage illustrations and soothing colors, everything about this beautiful book is thoughtfully aimed at lulling a child into peaceful sleep. (FYI-- it works on fathers and grandfathers, too.)

I was very pleased with the aesthetic of this book, as well as the content. It's perfect for that very special cuddle and read time, with lovely illustrations, and a great variety of literature to choose from.
