Fr. Gula has written a very caring exposition of the Moral Life from a Spiritual perspective. It is a rewarding adjunct to some of the more rigorous studies of morality. I heartily recommend it!

Father Richard M Gula presented the material in a clear way, easy to understand and the Spiritual Execises at the end of the Chapters gave more wait to what was read on the chapters. excellent book recomend reading if dealing with Moral and Spiritual matters
