The title grabbed me

I love this book so much I read it twice and I NEVER read a book twice! I wanted to watch the movie but missed it. You know what they say, the book is always better :). I recommend this book, its a good read!

Fun enough read

I thought it was an entertaining book, and a good choice for a vacation because it doesn’t drag and isn’t super heavy. I thought the ending was a little random.

good story ... annoying technique

On the train ... off the train ... on the train ... off the train ... on, off, on, off, on, off ... MAKE IT STOP.

i didn’t ever revive my order

i didn't receive the book for some reason

not bad, not the best

Quick read, character development is good. Would I recommend: Yes. Would I read Again: No.

Thrilling Read That Leaves You Wanting More

I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a thrilling read. From start to finish, the book had me completely engrossed and I found myself not wanting it to end. While some of the revelations about the missing woman's whereabouts felt a bit drawn out, the story remained engaging throughout. Overall, I would definitely read this book again and encourage others to give it a try.

So Good

You can’t see the ending coming, it’s written in an interesting way with point of views, it’s not confusing, and the writing itself is amazing. Pls get this book if you want a murder plot twist typa book- SO GOOD

one of my favorites!

the story telling is like a rollercoaster, the characters seem so ordinary but their decisions are messy. i couldn't put it down when i was reading! lives up to the hype, highly recommend not comparing it to the movie because the movie was like a completely different story.

Youll Get Scammed

When I received my book it had all the cuss words crossed out. Who the hell has that much time? Def don’t buy from this site. Not worth wasting money for second hand books

psychological thriller

The is a must read for those looking for their next Gone Girl experience. It was an amazing unsettling thriller. No one can be trusted.

Good Read

an amazing page turner with a mist of mystery and a unexpected twist

Very unlikable characters

The story itself was really good: I loved the plot and the structure. However, the characters (especially the females) were very unlikable. Rachel is a lousy (sometimes selfish) drunk with no goals for herself and Anna is so paranoid and thinks everything is about her and her child. Honestly, the first third wasn’t that interesting, but the last third was where things were getting good. I liked it, but I wouldn’t read it again. I will say there are a few possible triggers, or topics rather, in here: loss of a child, drinking problems, death, cheating, etc.

Nice

I really like this book

I received a Polish copy!

The description did not include the fact that I was buying a Polish copy. I got my copy today and was pretty disappointed that it's useless to me.

It wasn't all that was set to be.

I bought this book because I saw the movie announced years ago and never got around to see it, so I guessed the book would be better anyways and got it, honestly I expected it to have the same thriller and suspense as Gone Girl but it doesn't, it's its duller baby sister in my opinion, the BIG plot twist really wasn't that amazing and even thought I totally didn't expect it, it didn't satisfied me, I feel the autor could of build around it more plus I don't think any of the characters are actually likeable, not even the main one. Overall 6/10. Good reading to pass the time but wouldn't really pick it up again.

What a twist

This book was amazing I couldn’t put it down I was legit done in like two days j loved it completely caught me off guard very well written and kept me guessing much of the time until I figured it out but definitely worth it

Overhyped

This was super hyped for the plot twists but I managed to guess everything almost immediately (it seemed glaringly obvious?) so I was disappointed in that BUT I still read it all within one day. So...I’m torn. I couldn’t put it down, but was unimpressed with the big plot twist.

Whoaaaa

This book was amazing! I couldn’t believe how fast I read it. I seriously couldn’t put it down. The characters are very complex, and the story has many twists and turns. Definitely worth the read.

Mind Boggling!

So grateful I read the book first and then saw the movie. I take my hat off on or off the train to Paula Hawkins for what became the start of a slow ride one began to wonder why one was on..... and then the train took off. Wowza! It takes a fine mind to write this twisting, poignant and very painful story; it takes as much courage to keep reading and sifting and coming to understand the minds of these characters who were incredible, and who rode their journey in many ways to the end of the line. I loved it.

An emotional train ride, for sure!

This book was read in a day--that's how much of a page turner it is! I got so invested in the characters and their lives, what was happening, had happened, did those things happen at all? Incredible first-person storytelling that left me wanting more. The only thing, absolute only thing that I wish wasn't the case regarding this book is an obvious twist. I had the twist nailed from about halfway through the book despite the fact that it isn't revealed until much later. Still, very enjoyable read. I can no grant myself the freedom to see the movie and witness what they may have done to this incredible story.

Fanfreakintastic read!!

I am one to try to figure out an ending or conclusion at the beginning of a book or movie. This book kept me totally off base with my conclusion. It was a fantastic read. I could not put it down until I finished the entire thing!

Pager Turner!!! I was engaged from the start! written so detailed, I could easily place myself following each character in the chapters. Thrilling and suspenseful. unexpected ending!

I read constantly, and so looked forward to this novel as it had received good reviews. I could not get into it.

Great Scott!

The suspense was insane! I normally give myself a week to finish a book. But when I looked up and realized there were only two chapters left on the third day... I couldn't believe it. This book will make you ride the fence about all those involved. It will make you hate and adore characters all at the same time. Never have I been so confused and intrigued. Brilliant writing.

This isn't the kind of book I'd normally read (I'm more of a Nicolas Sparks, Nora Roberts, Elin Hilderbrand type) but it was awesome! It kept my interest throughout & had a mind blowing ending! I'd definitely recommend it!
