The Ghost

I ordered LARGE PRINT, since I cannot read regular size print. I received regular size print, NOT LARGE PRINT, which is what I ordered. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved this book. One of Danielle Steels best. I could not put it down until I finished it and wanted more.

I'm not sure why all the other reviews are for a poetry book..this book is not a poetry book at all. I think there's a computer error here and another books reviews are showing up on here. Anyway, for a REAL review on The Ghost. I just finished this book last night. It was a very very good book. There is a few parts that are a slight bit boring, but they don't last long at all. I also like how it's telling two stories, one about Charlie and his troubles with life (work, his wife etc) and then midway through he finds Sarahs (a girl from the 1780's) journals and he reads them and it tells us all about her as well. Both of their stories are very moving and interesting. The only thing I didn't like was how it went from Charlie to Sarah, I mean it was fitting with the story cause Charlie couldn't read ALL of the journals at once without stopping but it made it difficult to remember where the other left off. But it kept your suspense going if he stopped reading the journals for a while, you wanna keep reading to see what else happens with Sarah. Not quite a tear jerker, but it can be very touching and sad at times. This is only the second book from Danielle Steel that I have read and I'm hooked. The first one I read was "Accident" which was also great. I'm now starting my 3rd book of hers and it's only been 3 weeks since i started with the first. If you're only going to read a few of her books, there might be better ones (i'll find out evenutally) but I would recommend this one to anyone looking for a romance/drama/suspense type of book. There's a reason why Danielle Steel has sold over 360 million copies in her career!!

Este es una gran historia aunque al principio no muy emocionante luego se volvio muy interesante, si en realidad busca una historia de terro esto no lo seria, es mas bien de romance en realidad no se los recominedo a alguien que quiera leer algo de terror, es buena se trata de un señor que alquila un palacio y que se entera de que era de una joven que habia vivido con un indio, y se enteresa en la joven, hasta que un dia consigue sus siarios y se pone a leerlos, no es el mejor libro de Danielle Stell pero tampoco es una perdida total

It was an excellent book, I could not avoid reading all day long!

As I mentionned in previous review's to DS's books, I've read her entire collection. Ghost was on my bookshelf for the longest time but never got around in reading it. I finished it last night and it was absolutely a page turner. I was expecting this book to be more science fiction maybe because of the title. But it was of course a really good romance. Thanks Danielle for bringing us amazing books.

Danielle Steel's newest book, The Ghost, is an excellent read. It is vintage Steel, and will keep the reader wanting more. The story weaves the lives of four characters, each becoming interwoven with the other one. I think that this is one of the best books that Steel has wrote! I recommend it to everyone! It is definately a page turner!
