I am doing both DivorceCare (www.divorcecare.org) at a local church and this book in private. I read a number of books when my divorce hit and found them all to be very helpful. However, this workbook is exceptional. A wonderful and useful tool to gage your recovery. It shows you're not alone in what you're going through and that divorce can happen to anyone. The exercises are wonderful and inciteful. If you're going through a divorce and you're wondering, "will this ever end" this at least gives you something tangible to gage your progress by. It also helps you find coping mechanisms to deal with feelings and thoughts.. Wonderful!
