      This is a Great Peek into the kitchen of the Revered Four Seasons Restaurant in New York. I had been trying to hunt down Albert Kumin's [chef] recipe for the Famous Chocolate Velvet Cake and had ordered another version of the Four Seasons Cookbook[there are several] with no success at getting the recipe until this cookbook. It's HERE. So along with the recipe for Chocolate Velvet cake you'll find other wonderful recipes done...
