GREAT BOOK !!!

I READ THIS BOOK WHEN I WAS IN THE 6TH GRADE AND I LOVED IT

Scarry and it wil make you afraid to sleep in the dark

I will say that Philbrick and Harnett wrote this book with filling. Because of the way it is told. I was glad I read this book on the weekend because i could stay up, this book made me realis how scarry I can get. I would recommend this book to everyone.

Best book I have ever read.

I'm from Tucson. My name is Clairissa.I Iike to play Soccer. I'm a girl in 5th grade also in Mr.Wells' class. I'm the smallest kid in my class. I really liked this book because it was scary and I like scary books. My favorite character was Jason becasue he was brave but if that was me I would be out of there in a second. Sally was O.K. becasue she was really snotty and wined a lot. The setting was cool becasue how it is a big old house and had all the old fashion stuff in it. One event that really freaked me out was when the witch scratched the dad in the face. Then blood ran down his hands and on his face.

Wow step aside R.L. Stine

Hi my name is Chris. I am a fifth grader from Tucson, Arizona. I am a boy. I am 11 years old. I like to play baseball. I liked this book because we got to read it in the dark. It was not scary but it might be scary for you. I liked it a lot. The characters in these books are Jason,Katie,Sally, parents, the Witch. It takes place when they are going to their new summer home. There are a lot of events that happen in this book. I will list a few of them. Jason goes to the basement with his friends. They are looking for the witch or clues. When they get down there they find a bunch of boxes stacked on top of each other. Something is haunting from behind the boxes, Yikes !! The author did a good job writing this book. The events kinda freaked me out !!
