Cheri Huber's books are like treasures to me. No matter how I feel, I can always pick on up and read starting at any page. Sometimes that is all I have to start finding my center when I am lost in chaos. Her books are simple. The longest one I think is about 230 pages (There Is Nothing Wrong With You) to some much shorter. Many times Cheri tells us that the practice is very simple, and we can throw away 99% of all books...

This book is great. I got it in a difficult time when I was having problems, which I didn't relate to fear. With the help of this book I managed to realy solve things beautifuly. The books is very inspiring and also very practical. I also realy enjoyed the style in which it is writen.
