This book is a must on your health bookshelf!

I am a BIG FAN of Haylie Pomroy. I have ALMOST ALL her books, and I believe everybody should as well. This cookbook is a great accompany to her book: The Fast Metabolism Diet book. The diet has 3 phase The first two days are high carb lots of fruit no fat The following two days is just protein and vegetables only The last 3 days is a smorgasbord of a little bit of everything! Easy to follow with no stress. If you want to lose weight, correct hormone issues, fix your metabolism, and get healthy etc this is how you do it. The woman knows her stuff!
